Delivery policy
When delivery is arranged
Catalog entries are not live inventory guarantees. We first confirm the requested item, its condition, vehicle compatibility where applicable, and the destination. A confirmed order or written quotation will describe the agreed delivery arrangement.
Delivery timing
Any dispatch or arrival estimate will be provided for the specific order. Times are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing, and may change because of item sourcing, carrier operations, customs, weather or local delivery access.
Receiving your order
Please inspect the package or crate when it arrives, check the number of items and visible condition, and record any apparent damage on the carrier paperwork when possible. Keep the packaging and contact Sergin Engines promptly with photographs and the order reference if anything appears missing or damaged.
Incorrect or incomplete address
Provide a complete recipient name, delivery address, phone number and any access restrictions. Redelivery or storage charges caused by incorrect address information may require review and agreement before the shipment can continue.
