1. Website information
Sergin Engines provides engine-code and auto-parts reference information for shopping and sourcing enquiries. Vehicle and engine-code listings may include reference data rather than stock-held products. Listings are not an offer of immediate availability, a universal interchange guarantee or a binding sale quotation.
2. Product identification and fitment
Buyers are responsible for giving accurate vehicle details and reviewing the proposed item specification, condition, supplied components and compatibility information. Make, model, year, VIN, engine and OEM numbers may be needed. We will ask for clarification where information is incomplete.
3. Quotations and orders
Submitting an enquiry or online order request does not by itself create a confirmed sale. We review availability, condition, fitment and delivery costs, and then provide applicable commercial details. An order is accepted only when the parties explicitly confirm the transaction.
4. Prices and manual payments
Displayed prices, if any, may exclude shipping, insurance, duties and taxes until a final quote is issued. Do not send manual payment based solely on a catalog subtotal. Use only payment instructions confirmed directly through an authorized Sergin Engines channel and keep a payment reference.
5. Delivery, returns and refunds

6. Website content and trademarks
Vehicle makes, model names, logos and engine codes belong to their respective owners where applicable and are used for identification. No vehicle-manufacturer endorsement is implied.

We may correct catalog errors and update these website terms. Changes do not remove rights already established under applicable law or agreed order terms. Contact us if you need clarification before placing an order.
